SHIPPING TO ALL AFRICAN COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer fast and convenient shipping to all African countries. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Hey Oremi is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING 

You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and you will be called by our delivery service every step of the way.

WILL MY ITEM BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

Yes, your item will be sent in one package unless you ordered multiple products. If you ordered multiple products, your order might get sent out in separate packages.
